Who we are

Roamie is a pre-launch service for families in Canary Wharf, London, to discover and book toddler activities. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@roamieapp.co.uk.

What we collect

If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you give us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply. That's it. We don't collect names, payment details or anything else at this stage.

How we use it

We use waitlist emails for one purpose: telling you about Roamie's launch and the occasional update on our progress. We use provider enquiries to arrange conversations about joining Roamie. We never sell or share your details with anyone else for their marketing.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form or emailing us. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send, or by emailing hello@roamieapp.co.uk.

Where it's stored

Waitlist emails are stored securely with our email service provider. We keep them until you unsubscribe or until launch communications are complete, whichever comes first.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@roamieapp.co.uk and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
